If you already have an account and want to claim an already registered server, please follow the steps described in the How to claim a server guide.
Back to topicsWhen you remove a server it will be removed from your list on your dashboard and will be held for 10 days until its related data is permanently deleted. If you want to recover a deleted server within this period, you can contact us requesting the recovery of this server.
Once an account is cancelled, this acocunt and all related data will be permanently removed after 10 days from the cancellation date.
Voting data are kept for one month.
