Who are we

superservers.top is a site with a live listing of minecraft servers around the world and this is an initiative of a minecraft player who was tired of finding low quality minecraft servers or who were mostly offline to play.

Acceptance of Terms

By using superservers.top you accept and agree to these terms described here. superservers.top is in no way associated with affiliating with Minecraft or Mojang.

What is forbidden

We abhor, prohibit and repudiate any and all malicious, abusive, sexual, criminal practices in any information posted by you when registering or updating a server, whether in the image and/or text of the banner, in the server name, in the description and/or on the server's IP/Host.

It is also forbidden to register servers that you do not own and/or do not have permission from those responsible for doing so.

Can my server be deleted?

We superservers.top do a periodic scan of our system in order to maintain the health of the same and integrated information and who uses the site, based on a server will be removed in some situations:

• When you request to remove it
• Banner with very flashing images
• If you break any rule described in these terms
• If the server has an uptime less than 25%

Information responsibility

You are fully responsible for the information entered by you, thereby exempting support@superservers.top from any and all liability for the information entered by you.

Status updates

superservers.top has a service that periodically extracts the following information from the servers registered on the site:

• Maximum number of players the server supports.
• Number of players online
• Server status (offline/online

When is my server marked offline?

There are two situations your server will be marked as offline:

1. When your server is actually offline
2. When our bot does not receive a timely response from your server.

Account cancellation

superservers.top reserves the right to cancel any account at any time with or without notice.

Suspension or cancellation of the website

superservers.top is a website made completely free for its users.

We cannot guarantee that the superservers.top website or the content on it will always be 100% online without interruptions.

Access credentials

You agree at the time of registration not to disclose, distribute or share your access credentials (email and password) with anyone.

If you suspect that someone may be using your account, change your password immediately and contact us.

Changes to this term

These terms were last updated on 15 Feb de 2022 and we reserve the right to update them whenever necessary with or without notice.
